Rörö

With the Rörö bed frame you get a low and modern bed frame with integrated headboard for a minimalistic and modern look in your bedroom. The bedframe is hand-made in Sweden and has a robust wood frame and a slatted base made of Nordic wood, ​yet the invisible 5 cm bed legs give the bed frame an elegant floating effect. Rörö is offered in 2 sizes fitting a 160x200 or 180x200 mattress.

You can select a fabric and colour to have Rörö match your interior design preferences. When you purchase a bed, you can select any one of the 16 complimentary fabrics that are part of our Classic Collection. Should you wish, you can also pick one of the 18 different fabrics in our Exclusive Collection, at an additional cost. The fabrics in Carpe Diem Beds’ Classic Collection are all Nordic Eco labelled. An added bonus by choosing a Rörö bed is the opportunity to place the bed however you wish to in your bedroom as the bed can be placed either against the wall or as free standing in the room.

Rörö is made by hand in Carpe Diem Beds’ factory in Sweden. Carpe Diem Beds offers a 25-year warranty for faulty frames.

Recommended mattress:

Our box spring mattresses, Stora Harpö and Lilla Harpö, are the perfect choice if you want to treat yourself to the feel of a bed from Carpe Diem Beds, but would prefer a bed frame design. Stora Harpö is our exclusive box spring mattress and combines two unique spring systems for optimum sleep. Lilla Harpö is a luxurious box spring mattress with our patented Visco Elastic Bottom Layer, which absorbs pressure from your body.

Lilla and Stora Harpö is hand-made in Sweden and Nordic Swan Ecolabelled. The fabrics are certified to Oeko-Tex® Standard 100.

Recommended mattress topper:

For Rörö including a Lilla or Stora Harpö, we recommend our soft and responsive Luxury mattress topper. Luxury has a cotton-lined summer side, a wool-lined winter side and a core of Talalay latex. Practical and comfortable, all year round – made to match your chosen fabric for the frame and box spring mattress. Height 7.5 cm.
